The Christmas Holidays just completed have been truly perfect in Limone.
As you know snow has been abundant with a romantic white Christmas and perfect weather.
With a couple of heavy snowfalls but it has been most of the time very clear and sunny weather.
Last week-end it started a new perturbation with more snow falls expected, preparing a great weekend of powder, later this week.
For our Ski-Chalets, after the various reservations obtained recently at Villa Almelllina Estate, just before the holiday we took the opportunity to review the concept designs of the Holiday Ski-Chalets no 4, no 5 and no 6.
We will be circulating these new floorplans starting from today on Facebook, and shortly you will find them also on the web-site.
Of course we aimed to improve the previous versions and I think we did it greatly.
Now we have three really interesting houses, starting from less than 600,000 Euro (plus transaction costs and tax) of the Holiday Home Chalet no 5:
Holiday home Chalet no 6 – Almellina Estate – In this revised draft concept design (circa 176 square meters gross floor area plus outside areas, garages and terraces): In the loft: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and its own West facing terrace); at the ground floor: lounge with open plan kitchen, dining area, and large fireplace, with its own access to private garden; at the lower ground two additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. This floor also takes advantage of another West Facing garden at a different level. Optional private SPA, and direct access to double lock-out garage;
Holiday home Chalet no 5 – Almellina Estate – In this revised draft concept design (circa 133 square meters gross floor area plus outside areas, garage and terraces): In the loft: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and its own West facing terrace); at the first floor: two bedrooms, one bathroom and room for a sauna: at the ground floor: lounge with open plan kitchen, dining area, and large fireplace at the ground floor, with its own access to private patio/garden; Direct access to a good size lock-out garage;
Holiday home Chalet no 4 – Almellina Estate – In this revised draft concept design (circa 279 square meters gross floor area – including non habitable loft space – plus outside areas, garages and terraces): In the loft: non habitable area accessible with a trap-door; at the first floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and access to the terrace), two additional bedrooms with two additional bathrooms; at the ground floor: lounge with open plan kitchen, dining area, large fireplace and a bathroom. Access to the private garden; at the lower ground two additional bedroom, one bathroom and optional private SPA. Direct access to double lock-out garage and large private cellar.
